NOTICE. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS WEB-SITE YOU AGREE TO HONOR BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEB-SITE. KEYSTONE PRINT AND STITCH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE.
By submitting your order you have acknowledged that you have verified each item for size, quantity, and color accuracy. Keystone Print and Stitch is not liable for items incorrectly ordered and no refunds or exchanges will be taken for incorrectly ordered items. Each item has a size chart to verify fit. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Exchanges are only available for manufacturer defects.
Refunds or reprints will be granted for:
Misplaced printing position
Wrong color printed (customers must specify color when submitting artwork, if an exact color is needed a PMS color match must be requested)
Manufacturer defects
Wrong garments used, style or color
Wrong design printed
Refund and reprints will not be granted for:
Poor print quality as a result of poor artwork.
Spelling errors/typographical errors on customer artwork or submission
Poor quality artwork if customer declines art charges/additional design work on supplied designs.
Damage in shipping
Rush orders
Wrong size ordered or garment sizing
Color discrepancies if no exact matches are requested
Cancellation or change of event date shirts are to be used for.
To get a refund customer must notify us of any problems and have garments returned to us within 15 days of shipment from our facility.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using the USA Postal Service
Please note shipping times may vary depending on destination. – most places take around 10 week days minimum due to customs.
We are NOT responsible for any customs or import duties of ANY kind! – we will NOT accept returns because of not paying customs or import duties.
Customs and Import Duties
Due to the variability of customs and trade policies of differing countries, we are not responsible for any fees or associated costs when shipping our products out of the United States. When purchasing our products, you are the importer and must follow all guidelines set forth within the country you are importing. Contact your local customs office for more information.
ORDER APPROVAL
Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.
On custom apparel orders if proofs are not approved in 48 hours Keystone Print and Stitch will print the order as is.
Keystone Print and Stitch is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Finished Product Size

I have verified that spelling and content are correct. I am satisfied with the document layout. I understand that my document will print EXACTLY as it appears here, that I cannot make any changes once my order is placed, and that I assume all responsibility for typographical errors.

It is strictly prohibited to redistribute, copy or republish any of the material and software contained on the Keystone Print and Stitch web site and/or its subsidiaries (referred to herein as Keystone Print and Stitch) or the copyrighted property of parties from whom Keystone Print and Stitch has licensed such property.
You may not place or reproduce any trademarks, service marks, or logos that are not owned by you or licensed to you onto materials and merchandise to be printed via the Keystone Print and Stitch Service. Words, names, and designs used to identify services or products are considered trademarks, service marks, and/or logos. The same policy is applicable for copyrights. You cannot use unlicensed copyrighted materials from photographers, artists, publishers, composers, writers, and other authors of original works. The copyright owner’s exclusive rights prohibit the reproduction of any original work. Keystone Print and Stitch policy also states that you cannot use explicit language or pornography on printed materials and merchandise.
CUSTOMER CONTENT
You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Keystone Print and Stitch, are entirely responsible for all Content that you use from Keystone Print and Stitch Gallery or send, upload, post or transmit via the Service. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree to not use the Service to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that contains (i) child pornography or anything indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile; (ii) a threat to kidnap or harm a person or animal, a threat to injure the personal property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law of the United States, or a threat of blackmail; (iii) any matter advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company; or (v) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of Keystone Print and Stitch or any third party. Keystone Print and Stitch does not control the Content posted by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the Content. Under no circumstances will Keystone Print and Stitch be liable to you in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Products and services are provided for your personal use only. You agree to abide by these terms of service and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.
You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.
You acknowledge that Keystone Print and Stitch does not pre-screen content, but that Keystone Print and Stitch and its affiliates shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that Keystone Print and Stitch may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Keystone Print and Stitch, its users and the public.
GOVERNING LAW
Keystone Print and Stitch is based in Camp Hill, PA and all transactions take place on Keystone Print and Stitch’ servers. Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to or use of this Site shall be instituted in Camp Hill, PA. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Camp Hill, PA courts and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Keystone Print and Stitch or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not Keystone Print and Stitch has been advised of possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide services that you order from Keystone Print and Stitch or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall Keystone Print and Stitch be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content.
INDEMINITY
You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Keystone Print and Stitch and all parties from whom Keystone Print and Stitch has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products.
DESIGNING FILES
Keystone Print and Stitch does not provide any design files
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. Keystone Print and Stitch is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes.
All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 350 DPI and CMYK color mode. Keystone Print and Stitch is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted, or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.
Additional fees may apply for the files larger than 30MB.
ADDITIONAL FEES FOR 2ND PROOF
The first proof for each order is free (included in the printing price). Replacing any files after the first proof has been sent will result in additional charges for each file replacement.
$5.00 fee applies to the following products:
Business Card, Bookmark, Club Flyer, Collectors Card, Door Hanger, Postcard, Rackcard, RipBusiness Card, Rolodex, Roll Label, Sticker, and Tent Card
$15.00 fee applies to the following products:
Envelope, Flyer, Letterhead, and Notepad
$30.00 fee applies to the following products:
Booklet, Brochure, Calendar, Catalog, CD Package, DVD Package, Mini Menu, Poster, and Presentation Folder
COLOR PROOFING & MATCHING
Keystone Print and Stitch is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density.
Keystone Print and Stitch will try it’s best to match the gradient density of each color, Keystone Print and Stitch is not liable for the final appearance of a color.
Important : Gang-run printing is multiple (and different) customer jobs are combined on a large print sheet, and run at the same time. For example, we layout 65 different customer business cards and postcards on one gang-run sheet, and run the sheet 1000 times to get 65 sets of 1000 cards . Each card set is a different card. This process allows us to spread the expensive initial setup cost of running a full-color, offset job among 65 customers.
Application of UV Coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors. Keystone Print and Stitch is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV product/s.
ENVELOPES AND LETTERHEADS PAPER EFFECT IN COLOR.
Please note that because our letterhead and envelope paper stock is “uncoated”, we recommend you not use colors with high color density. By this we mean dark colors (black, purple, blue, brown, etc). Dark colors tend to get soaked into the paper if their color values are too high. For best results, use light colors.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Keystone Print and Stitch will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to Approval. However, orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order.
If job is canceled any labor hours (proof, graphics design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. Minimum is $15 ( 15%-30% of total transaction )
Once the order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for the Logo, and Graphic design services.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.
Customer must notify Keystone Print and Stitch within 6 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive replacement Customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (on their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken.
All charges related to expedite printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason. All orders that are being returned must be shipped by customer’s own expense.
ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Keystone Print and Stitch will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Keystone Print and Stitch be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.
All Keystone Print and Stitch customers agree not to hold Keystone Print and Stitch liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond Keystone Print and Stitch’ direct control. Keystone Print and Stitch shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.
Keystone Print and Stitch will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation.
Please allow one day for receipt of labeling and billing information before counting turnaround time for shipping from UPS. For example, if you are quoted a shipping time of 3 business days from February 3rd, please allow the first day for us to relay your information and for UPS to pick up, and the following 3 business days/non-holidays for your shipment to arrive.
Shipping rates for high quantity products depend on the customers access to a shipping dock and forklift, otherwise additional charges may apply.
SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. Keystone Print and Stitch is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS
If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Keystone Print and Stitch will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
MAILING SERVICES
Multiple mailing can be held in-house for no more than 2 months.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Order exceeding $200 or greater may require an authorization form and copy of credit card and Driving license. (A valid photo I.D)
We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason.
All prices are subject to change without notice, no adjustments will be made.

Keystone Print and Stitch contains graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts, software tools, and other information (referred to herein as “Content”). This Site and all Content are the copyrighted property of Keystone Print and Stitch and/or its subsidiaries (referred to herein as “Keystone Print and Stitch”) or the copyrighted property of parties from whom Keystone Print and Stitch has licensed such property. All rights in this Site and its Content are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to retain the copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Content except as expressly allowed in these Terms and Conditions. Keystone Print and Stitch reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any part of the Content at any time without prior notice. The logo design tools provided on this Site employ a limited number of elements, including icons, fonts, color schemes, and design effects. Keystone Print and Stitch reserves the right to use all such elements and to make all such elements available for use by other parties in the future. You do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual logo design elements through your creation of a logo design and/or your incorporation of a logo design into one or more products. Other Keystone Print and Stitch customers may use the design tools to create logos that have similar or identical combinations of these elements and Keystone Print and Stitch does not guarantee that your logo will not have similarities to logos designed and used by other parties. Keystone Print and Stitch provides no warranty of any kind that logo designs created using the design tools will not infringe, or be subject to a claim of infringing, the trademark or other rights of another party. It is solely your responsibility to obtain the advice of an attorney regarding whether the logo design is legally available for your use and does not infringe the rights of another party.
Use of Site
You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its Content for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services solely through Keystone Print and Stitch (referred to herein as “Products”). No other download, retention, use, publication, or distribution of any portion of the Content is authorized or permitted. Obtaining Products from Keystone Print and Stitch does not entitle you to use any portion of Content apart from the finished Products as they are supplied by Keystone Print and Stitch. You agree to use this Site in a responsible manner that is in full compliance with these Terms and Conditions and with your local laws and regulations, including import and export regulations. Without limitation, no portion of Content may be utilized as a trademark or service mark, for any pornographic use, for any unlawful purpose or use, to defame any person, to violate any person’s right of privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property right of any person or entity. You agree that you will not use the Site to produce Products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious or otherwise objectionable. Keystone Print and Stitch may terminate its service to customers found to be using Keystone Print and Stitch to engage in undesirable activities. You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. By placing an order thru Keystone Print and Stitch, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize Keystone Print and Stitch to produce the Products on your behalf.
Order Cancellation Policy
Jobs cannot be stopped and/or cancelled once they are in “Approved” status. There will be no refunds of any kind after a job has been approved.
Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy
Keystone Print and Stitch focuses on providing our customers with the best possible printing experience and products. If there is any issue with your order, you must report the problem within five (5) business days. You can submit your claim by calling our Customer Service Dept at (513) 755-8740 or via email at orders@ArtitictImprints.com
Our Customer Service Representative will document your complaint and create a claim as we investigate how to best resolve the issue. All defects and/or order issues must be reported to Keystone Print and Stitch within 5 business days of receiving your order. Customer may be requested to submit digital photos to document the product’s defects. In some cases, customer will be required to ship defective product(s) back to Liberty Sportswear at their own expense and in an agreed upon reasonable time frame. In cases where the order is required to be shipped back to Liberty Sportswear at the customer’s expense, Liberty Sportswear may reimburse the customer for shipping if a defect is determined to exist. Any charges related to expedited orders, such as rush printing or shipping, are non-refundable for defective products unless the courier delivers a defective product or fails to deliver an order. Turnaround time and shipping options for reprinted orders varies due to available production capacity and are at Liberty Sportswear’s discretion. Turnaround time begins after receipt of final proof approval. Final approval will only be accepted in written format. No verbal approvals will be accepted.
Customer Supplied Proofs
We are not responsible for any and all errors in the customer’s printing job if they select the “No Proof. Run As Is.” option.
Color Proof Accuracy
Please note color proofs cannot match the final product 100% due to the fact that proofs are created in a different way than the printed piece and the customer supplied proofs are not calibrated to our presses.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Keystone Print and Stitch harmless, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense related to your violation of this Terms and Conditions. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Keystone Print and Stitch harmless from any and all claims arising from the improper use of trademark, copyright, or other protected material.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service or products to any person or organization.
